Cake Ingredients: all purpose flour, carrots, brown sugar, canola oil, crushed pineapple, white sugar, eggs, spices (cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg), baking powder, vanilla extract, baking soda, salt.
Icing Ingredients: icing sugar, butter, cream cheese, milk, vanilla extract
